Delivery and Shipping Terms
Most items shown on the website are stock items and will be delivered within 5-7 working days; however some products may not be in stock or may well have sold out, if this is the case we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know how your order is progressing.
If you would like an update on the progress of the delivery of your order, please call 01986 894085 or e-mail us at sales@ladiesgolfdirect.co.uk and ensure to quote your order number with all correspondence.
Please Note: Someone must be present at the address to sign for your package. Please make sure that your package is unopened/undamaged before signing for it. Any packages that appear to be opened or damaged must be signed for accordingly to substantiate an insurance claim.
The delivery cost is based on the value of your order and the delivery location. The tables below explain;
Postage Costs
All customers within the UK spending over £100 will qualify for FREE carriage. Ladiesgolfdirect use Parcel Force for delivery.

For our EU customers we also use Parcelforce Worldwide for deliveries. Parcelforce provide effective track and trace delivery service to all countries within the EU.
What happens if I'm out when the courier delivers my goods?
Our couriers will try to deliver to you or your next door neighbours to obtain a signature. If no one is available to give a signature they will put a card through your door to let you know where your parcel is and they will state that they have attempted delivery and will try again on the next working day (not Sat/Sun). If you call the number on the card, the couriers will arrange re-delivery on another day convenient to you; you can also arrange to collect your parcel from the depot if you prefer.
After the 1st delivery attempt the parcel will only be held for 5 working days and any parcels not delivered or collected within 5 days will automatically be returned to ladiesgolfdirect. Please do not delay making contact with ourselves or the couriers to arrange re-delivery or collection of your parcel. We will make a charge of £4.95 for any order re-delivered after the 3rd attempt.
